In an interview with the Put up-Tribune, Floyd Wallace, 25, of Omaha, Nebraska, stated he was exercising his First Modification proper to movie and take footage from a sidewalk, which is public property. Within the video, the sheriff’s officers state Wallace was baiting them, which Wallace denies.
