The library of the Harvey County jail shall be drastically expanded, due to the work of the Newton Excessive College Nationwide Honor Society.
Newton NHS, as a part of a service venture, collected 220 books to be donated to the jail for inmates to learn.

Jantz stated she received the concept from her sister, who additionally donates books to her native jail, and added that the opposite officers of the group have been on board.
