South Boston woman faces hit and run charge | Crime

A 31-year-old South Boston lady faces a felony cost of hit and run, sufferer injured and a misdemeanor cost of reckless driving, in keeping with Halifax County Sheriff’s Workplace data.

Donise Janea Newton of Gygax Avenue was charged with the alleged offenses that occurred Monday, and deputy D. L. Clark served the warrants the identical day.

• Sarah Rebecca Ingram, 49, of Cluster Springs Street, Alton faces a felony cost of assault with intent to maim.

• Nekolas Brandon Martin, 32, of Maplewood Drive, South Boston faces a misdemeanor cost of assault and battery of a member of the family.

The alleged offense occurred Sunday, and deputy T. W. Crute served the warrant the identical day.

• Charles Brian Smith, 35, of Sundown Lane, Halifax faces a misdemeanor cost of assault and battery.
