Drug expenses have been levied towards two Fayette County males throughout Easter weekend arrests.
Based on Fayette County Sheriff Mike Fridley, a Fayette County Sheriff’s Division deputy was making an attempt to serve arrest warrants within the Boomer space over the weekend. Upon arrival, the deputy established contact with two individuals inside, each of whom had energetic warrants towards them.
The deputy noticed narcotics in plain view. A search warrant was obtained for the residence, which resulted within the discovery of heroin, marijuana and units used within the sale and distribution of medicine.
Thomas Banks Jr. of Boomer and Christopher Chad Evans of Montgomery have been each charged with possession with intent to ship narcotics and conspiracy to commit a felony. They await court docket proceedings.
